3061 — Two Nonresonant Primes Generate the Full Reciprocal Matrix Algebra

On the unitary seam, normalize the prime exchange:

Xp(t)=p Ep(1/2+it)=cos⁡(tlog⁡p)σ1+sin⁡(tlog⁡p)σ2.X_p(t)=\sqrt p\,E_p(1/2+it) =\cos(t\log p)\sigma_1+\sin(t\log p)\sigma_2.

Each XpX_p is a Hermitian involution. For two primes,

[Xp,Xq]=2isin⁡(tlog⁡qp)σ3.[X_p,X_q] =2i\sin\left(t\log\frac qp\right)\sigma_3.

Unless tlog⁡(q/p)t\log(q/p) is an integral multiple of π\pi, the two prime axes generate σ3\sigma_3, its orthogonal reciprocal axis, and therefore all of M2(C)M_2(\mathbb C).

Thus two nonresonant primes supply the complete additional comparison channel required by the scalar gauge no-go. What remains is a coherent global ordered composition, its boundary renormalization, and a determinant bridge to the completed zeta section.

Scope

The full-matrix generation and resonance locus are exact. No global operator, determinant identity, zero confinement, or RH theorem is proved.
