3068 — Large Prime Seams Faithfully Detect the Odd Theta Tail
For
and (x=\pi e^{2L}), boundary-layer localization of the actual theta source gives
Hence, for every fixed (z\ne0), all sufficiently large prime and prime-power seams have nonzero odd-tail readout. Arithmetic sampling is faithful for detecting whether this exact one-parameter channel vanishes identically, even though it cannot reconstruct arbitrary seam densities.
Pointwise faithfulness is therefore not the remaining obstruction. The live gate is coherent aggregation: derive the source-authorized summation or boundary pairing of the nonzero samples without inventing quadrature weights.
Scope
The theorem neither reconstructs the continuous moving-seam integral nor controls cancellation in a signed global prime sum. It supplies no RH result.
