3073 — Mellin Radial Compression Forgets the Norm-One Idele-Class Fiber
The idele-class norm fits into
Every Mellin character factors through the last arrow and is constant on the norm-one fiber. Consequently, any Green form derived after radial Mellin pushforward annihilates the nontrivial kernel of that pushforward and cannot be faithful on the undecomposed adelic source.
The missing comparison channel is therefore the retained (C_{\mathbb Q}^{1})-valued fiber with its rational-boundary and Fourier–Poisson incidence. The next gate is whether the distinguished theta vacuum actually activates a nontrivial fiber mode or collapses to the trivial fiber representation.
Scope
This identifies lost source information; it does not show that the lost fiber controls the Riemann divisor.
