3089 — The Rational-Weyl-Fixed Theta State Is Not Cyclic
The adelic theta comb is fixed by rational translations and rational modulations. Its orbit under that rational Weyl boundary algebra is therefore one-dimensional.
Consequently, it cannot also be cyclic for the same nontrivial algebra. This corrects the direct application of cyclic stabilization from Entry 3088.
The emerging structure needs two actions:
- a rational stabilizer algebra that fixes the theta distribution;
- a noncommuting transverse Weyl algebra that generates the remaining boundary directions.
Since a maximal abelian algebra equals its commutant, no additional commuting port can repair the loss. Any canonical phase must be selected by the Heisenberg compatibility of the two actions, not by either one alone.
Scope
The incompatibility theorem is exact. A suitable transverse algebra and its separating property remain to be derived from the completed source.
