3111 — RH Requires a Two-Carrier Boundary Correspondence
The current theta/Tate programme cannot be typed as one carrier with two coordinate charts. The circle/winding carrier and the logarithmic-tail carrier have different generators, spectra, domains, and completion laws. The exact bounded-intertwiner obstruction proves that they cannot be identified by reversible Hilbert-space transport.
The minimum categorical architecture is therefore a dagger double-category fragment with four roles:
- a circle carrier
C_circ, containing winding, circle heat, and the discrete spectral grading; - a logarithmic carrier
C_log, containing translation, tail/head resolvents, and arithmetic scale transport; - a rigged boundary correspondence
B, retaining their distinct incidence data; - an observer family
O, containing the primitive, square, seam, connected-tail, and archimedean ports.
The carrier incidences have the form
A source-derived coherence cell, if it exists, must compare transported boundary data rather than identify the two generators:
Fourier–Tate and Poisson operations are candidates for generating this cell. Their scalar functional equation is not sufficient evidence that the operator-valued cell exists.
Completion
Fourier saturation on the primitive and square grades is exact, but their smallest generalized Gram reserve collapses with the prime cutoff. It preserves the distinction between completion grades rather than merging them. The connected tail is naturally controlled by absolute-summability seminorms, while seam and archimedean ports require separately derived graph seminorms.
Consequently the candidate completion is a Fourier-invariant pro-Gram topology on the boundary correspondence. It is not one five-channel Euclidean Gramian.
Completion must preserve the carrier incidences and any coherence cell:
It must also preserve joint observability of the admitted boundary state. Finite positivity or finite injectivity does not establish that property.
First categorical calculation
The next finite calculation is the smallest Beck–Chevalley or naturality square involving:
- circle and logarithmic dynamics;
- both boundary incidences and their adjoints;
- Fourier transport;
- Mellin scaling;
- cutoff bonding.
The first decisive result is one of:
- a source-derived coherence cell with completion-stable observability;
- a named residual or anomaly in the first required square;
- a proof that the construction collapses to the existing scalar Weil/Pick kernel and adds no RH-bearing information.
Falsifiers
The categorical route fails if it:
- identifies the circle Laplacian with logarithmic translation;
- reconstructs the boundary correspondence from the scalar completed zeta section;
- merges all five boundary channels into one unauthorized Gramian;
- infers completion stability from finite positivity;
- declares a coherence cell solely from matching scalar readouts;
- forgets which carrier supplied a boundary contribution.
Scope
This entry records a source-typing programme, not an RH proof. The two-carrier necessity, the bounded-intertwiner obstruction, and the finite Fourier saturations are established. The operator-valued coherence cell, full boundary pro-Gram completion, common-kernel theorem, and zero-confinement consequence remain open.
