3115 — Fourier-Conjugated Tate Trace Generates the Full Moment Boundary
On the two-sign logarithmic trace
additive Fourier transport becomes the Hankel operator
It reverses Mellin translation exactly. More importantly, its (k)-th endpoint jet is the (k)-th global moment of the entire trace. Consequently no finite endpoint-jet observer is Fourier-closed.
The scalar archimedean determinant line is sufficient for completed scalar reconstruction but is not the faithful Fourier boundary state. The operator-valued observer requires an infinite moment rigging, retained beside the independently typed primitive, square, connected, and seam ports.
Scope
The real-place kernel, covariance, and moment-tower requirement are exact. Their assembly with all nonarchimedean boundary currents and any RH consequence remain open.
