3121 — The Tail Constructor Forces a Four-Component Fourier Boundary Cell

For the self-Fourier Gaussian

ϕ(q)=e−πq2,\phi(q)=e^{-\pi q^2},

the source tail

H(q)=∫q∞ϕ(v) dvH(q)=\int_q^\infty\phi(v)\,dv

has limits one and zero at the two ends. It therefore leaves every Gaussian Gelfand–Shilov decay step. Its distributional Fourier transform is

H^=12δ0+i2πpv⁡(e−πξ2ξ).\widehat H =\frac12\delta_0 +\frac{i}{2\pi}\operatorname{pv} \left(\frac{e^{-\pi\xi^2}}{\xi}\right).

Hence the smallest Fourier-stable tail closure has four typed components: Gaussian bulk, one-sided tail carrier, delta boundary, and odd principal-value comparison port. The suspected fourth wall is forced by the source-tail constructor rather than appended as an auxiliary probe.

Scope

This is an exact archimedean boundary decomposition. The locally convex extension topology and the primitive and prime-square incidence maps on it remain open.
