3138 — Current CMS Searches Do Not Realize the Two-Width Constructor Experiment
Result
CMS B2G-23-009 and B2G-22-001 establish experimentally meaningful vectorlike-quark decays to a top quark plus either a Standard Model Higgs or a new neutral scalar. They provide control regions and limits on production cross section times branching fraction.
Neither analysis simultaneously fits the two WP651 partial widths in one constructor frame with two independent efficiency controls and a public joint covariance. Their readout therefore does not realize WP658's five-record instrument or remove the vertex-factorization kernel.

This is a bounded audit of the two closest published CMS candidates, not a claim about unpublished likelihoods or future reinterpretations.
