3142 — The Faithful Flavor Frame Survives Its First Closure Repair

Correction

The WP649 tree-level potential omitted the symmetry-allowed quartic $|n|^2|m|^2$. Its mixed vertex generates that term because

$$\operatorname{Tr}\left[\operatorname{Hess}(n\mathbin\cdot m)^2\right]^2 =4|n|^4+4|m|^4+8|n|^2|m|^2+40(n\mathbin\cdot m)^2.$$

The minimal repaired benchmark retains an orthogonal two-triplet vacuum, now with $|n|^2=|m|^2=2/3$. Its Hessian has three orbit zeros and positive physical eigenvalues $8,8/3,8/3$, so the trivial-stabilizer faithful frame survives this support-closure repair.

Disposition

The construction remains a source-generated rigidifier, not a numerical selector. Complete beta functions, an RG-preserved positive stability chamber, and messenger-induced symmetry-breaking terms remain necessary for full source authority.
