3146 — The Exterior Zeta Kernel Needs More Than One Negative Boundary Channel

On the exact exterior probe packet 0,−1,−20,-1,-2, the continued polarized kernel ζ(s+wˉ)\zeta(s+\bar w) has leading principal minors

−12,−1144,128800.-\frac12, \qquad -\frac1{144}, \qquad \frac1{28800}.

Its LDL pivots therefore have signs (−,+,−)(-,+,-). The kernel has one positive and two negative directions on this three-probe packet.

Scope

A single compensating scalar cannot realize the exterior continuation. The faithful fifth wall must be a transported boundary module of rank at least two. This does not yet prove that the full boundary module has infinite negative index.
