3208 — The Prime-Exclusion Ward Object Must Be Pro-Valued
For every nonzero finite labelled packet, the primitive- and square-weighted sums of prime-exclusion energies diverge. Every sufficiently large prime acts as the identity exclusion projection on the packet, leaving divergent prime sums with exponents (1/2) and (1).
Therefore the higher Ward rung cannot be one scalar positive energy. It must be the compatible family of finite-prime curvature ports, with zero-state Ward cells natural under cutoff restriction. Joint faithfulness belongs to this pro-object.
