3218 — Labelwise Tail Dynamics Do Not Generate the Cross-Tower Ward Cell
Pulling scalar nullity back through the product of the labelwise source-tail equations is still insufficient. Two decaying label tails can solve their equations exactly and cancel at the aggregate endpoint while remaining visible to every label-separating Ward port.
The next pullback must therefore impose a source-derived arithmetic cross-label coherence law before scalar aggregation. This is the horizontal incidence cell joining the input and control towers, not another independent vertical tower.
