3220 — The Cross-Tower Ward Cell Is a Balanced Defect Equalizer, Not an Annihilator
The canonical transported theta vacuum has strictly positive energy in every prime-exclusion port. Therefore a scalar zero-state cannot be sent to the kernel of the Ward packet. The missing horizontal cell must instead compare input curvature with an independently source-derived boundary current in a shared typed defect object.
The correct categorical target is a balanced equalizer
not (W_X(c)=0). The remaining finite obstruction is construction of the boundary map (B_{X,s}) at cutoff ({2}) without defining it from the Ward packet itself.
