3226 — The Bordered Valuation Colligation Is the First Common Refinement
The apparent operator-valued boundary lift need not be invented. Prime exclusion and the Tate determinant cumulants are two readouts of the same source-derived bordered valuation colligation ((S,e_0,\ell)).
Its defect projection (I-SS^*) is the valuation-zero projector and becomes (P_{p\nmid n}) across primitive chains. Its transfer function (ell(I-qS)^{-1}e_0) is the Euler factor, whose determinant-line logarithm produces the primitive, square, and connected cumulants.
The first common-refinement rung of the fourth tower is therefore explicit. The next rung is the doubled colligation's Green comparison, retaining the finite terminal defect and archimedean incidence.
