3234 — The Fourth Tower Must Descend from the Global Poisson Cell
The state-valued reciprocal cell already exists globally on the Fourier-fixed Gaussian--comb source. What is missing is its observer lift into the complete Tate boundary vessel.
Finite Euler cutoffs are not Fourier-stable, and Poisson sewing does not factor through prime sampling. Therefore the local bordered colligations and their seam detectors are diagnostic shadows; they cannot be assembled upward to reconstruct the global cell. The fourth tower must descend from the undecomposed source through a full observer naturality functor before finite diagnostics are taken.
