3239 — The Closed Scalar Flow Has a Stable Projective Infrared Ray
On the invariant symmetric subspace of the complete WP662 scalar flow, with (lambda_n=lambda_m=a), (lambda_c=0), and (lambda_x=b>0), the ratio (r=a/b) obeys
Strict radial stability requires (r>1/2), excluding the lower invariant ray. Every strictly stable trajectory that extends to the Gaussian infrared limit approaches the remaining ray (r=3/2), which lies inside the open-decay corridor.
This is a source-derived asymptotic selector on the scalar-truncation tangent
cone. It is not yet a finite-scale or physical16 selector: the trajectory
constant remains distinct at every finite projective time, and omitted gauge,
Yukawa, messenger, and threshold terms may move or destroy the ray.
