3242 — The Scalar Projective Ray Is an Infrared Saddle
The WP704 ratio (3/2) is not attractive on the full WP662 quartic source family. At the ray
the symmetric-ratio and triplet-asymmetry projective exponents are (16\rho) and (256\rho), but the independently allowed (lambda_c/\lambda_x) mode has exponent (-112\rho). It is therefore infrared-repulsive.
An arbitrarily small positive (lambda_c) adds a nonnegative quartic operator and preserves boundedness while leaving the proposed infrared basin. The ray is a conditional selector only on the unselected invariant slice (lambda_c=0), not a genuine open-basin flavor selector.
