3249 — Every Nonzero-Correlation Scalar Ray Is Radially Marginal
Exact elimination of the full WP662 projective fixed-ray equations with (lambda_c\ne0) leaves only two real rays:
Both have radial stability margin
Thus neither ray enters the strictly stable faithful-frame domain. Combined with WP705 and WP707, the scalar-only branch has no admissible selector: the zero-correlation ray is an infrared saddle, and all real nonzero-correlation rays are radially marginal.
