3275 — Two Moment Maps Repair Radial Stability but Not Normalization

Two positive Abelian moment-map directions replace the WP715 rank-one obstruction by the exact weighted charge-area identity

$$4\lambda_n\lambda_m-\lambda_x^2 =G_1G_2\det(q_n,q_m)^2.$$

The integer packet $q_n=(1,0)$, $q_m=(0,1)$, and $q_\chi=(1,-1)$ forces opposite portal signs and strict radial stability. This is a genuine source constraint, but not a complete explanation: common gauge-metric rescaling changes the portal magnitude, norm-only maps provide no angular stiffness, and RG attraction, nondecoupling threshold matching, and a calibrated incidence-preserving instrument remain unproved.
