3289 — One Clock Suffices Only for a Clock-Locked Safe Source
The maximal noncircular selector conditional on one calibrated electroweak clock is a clock-locked asymptotically safe representation source. If one source fixes unequal Clebsches, the interacting normalization, the complete dimensionless critical surface, and the lock
then the common-singlet relations make every mass and RG argument relative to source-fixed. The portal contrast is
independent of the numerical clock value. Two calibrated representation-labelled detector channels preserve it; an unlabelled total channel does not.
This is an exact conditional composition theorem, not an existing flavor model. No admitted anomaly-free matter packet, complete basin, finite matching calculation, or actual experiment realizes all antecedents.
