3296 — The Current Boundary Packet Does Not Yet Form an Evans Row Module
The proposed evaluation-descent test cannot yet be run with source authority. Tail, Evans, seam, primitive, square, archimedean, and Green operations presently have different domains, regularities, and targets. They are not rows of one declared bordered operator.
Moreover, the executable capability graph contains no recovery morphism from their combined observation object to the positive sum carrier. Concatenating projected scalar values would silently invent both the common-domain incidences and the missing recovery map.
The next theorem is therefore more primitive than kernel inclusion: construct one bordered source complex on which every current is a simultaneous continuous morphism. Only then may regular row-module membership, kernel residuals, or completion norms be computed.
