3302 — Invertible Coherence Closure Cannot Create Transversality

Result

For a constructor-state space V, scalar readout ell, and invertible source coherence T satisfying

ℓT=χℓ,χ≠0,\ell T=\chi\ell, \qquad \chi\ne0,

one has

T(ker⁡ℓ)=ker⁡ℓ.T(\ker\ell)=\ker\ell.

Therefore closing a constructor graph under transported copies and exact invertible comparison equations adds provenance but cannot shrink its scalar zero fiber.

The completed Tate--Poisson channel swap has exactly this type. It transports scalar cancellations rather than excluding them. Together with the preceding result that the universal Green row is a constructor syzygy, this rules out both tempting forms of a merely formal next wall.

The missing relation must change variance: a transverse observer, a faithful quadratic form on the scalar kernel, an independently restrictive boundary domain, a current coupling nullity to orientation, or a controlled non-invertible localization.

Scope

This does not prove RH and does not show that a suitable transverse source relation exists. It excludes only proof steps made entirely from constructor syzygies and invertible equivariant coherence closure.

Hostile witness

With ell(x,y)=x+y and T(x,y)=(y,x), the nonzero state (1,-1) is scalar null, its transported copy remains scalar null, and the exact graph equation is satisfied. The dependency-free checker verifies 8/8 gates.
