3307 — Opposite Mellin Transport Forbids a Fixed Acute Relational Cone

Result

For a direct--dual amplitude pair, the common-phase-invariant acute comparison is

R(a,b)=Re⁡(ab‾).R(a,b)=\operatorname{Re}(a\overline b).

Opposite Mellin transport changes it to

Rt(a,b)=Re⁡(e2itqab‾).R_t(a,b)=\operatorname{Re}(e^{2itq}a\overline b).

At t=pi/(2q), a positive comparison becomes negative. Thus quotienting a common phase does not yield a fixed acute relational cone compatible with the full direct--dual spectral action.

The next viable ordered object is a cone field transported by the control connection. To avoid tautology, its modular closing law must be independently source-derived and must reject the positive two-cell off-seam hostile.

Scope

This does not exclude transported cone fields, prove their modular closure, or prove RH. It excludes a fixed acute cone based on the ordinary direct--dual real pairing.
