3360 — SO(5) Anomaly Inflow Cannot Quantize the Flavor Portal
Claim
The minimal (SO(5)) gauge-connection carrier admits no ordinary local five-dimensional gauge Chern–Simons selector for the boundary contrast. Every component of
vanishes in both the vector and Clifford-spinor realizations of (SO(5)). The diagonal (SO(3)) triplet tensor also vanishes. An (SU(3)) comparator is nonzero, verifying that the checker detects a genuine cubic invariant.
Independently, reducing a five-dimensional Chern–Simons term produces a parity-odd response of type (A_5F\wedge F), not the required CP-even portal quadratic in both Higgs and flavor carriers.
Classification
Ordinary perturbative anomaly inflow is neither an asymmetric portal selector nor a portal rigidifier. It leaves the continuous residual-symmetry boundary contrast (b-a) untouched.
Scope
This covers local perturbative gauge anomalies and Chern–Simons inflow for the minimal group. Global anomalies, larger groups, discrete torsion, and nonlocal holonomies remain separate candidates, but must pass the same operator-type gate.
