3387 — The Four-Dimensional Flavor Packet Does Not Fix Its Bulk Spectral Sign

Claim

The Scherk–Schwarz signed index is

κ=2+NV−NH.\kappa=2+N_V-N_H.

For the product-group gauge sector, NV=15N_V=15. If only the bifundamental link propagates in the bulk, NH=4N_H=4 and

κ=13>0.\kappa=13>0.

If the already required L,H,ΨRL,H,\Psi_R packet also propagates in the bulk, NH=36N_H=36 and

κ=−19<0.\kappa=-19<0.

Including the WP738 required mediators in the bulk gives κ=−67\kappa=-67.

This corrected count uses two 5D hypermultiplets for each 4D vectorlike zero-mode pair. On S1/Z2S^1/Z_2, opposite parities retain only one chiral zero mode from each hypermultiplet.

Classification

The same four-dimensional anomaly-compatible representation grammar admits opposite radiative selector branches. Bulk-versus-boundary placement is therefore the first nonfaithful arrow between the current flavor packet and the WP753 spectral index.

The radiative half-twist selector acquires physical authority only after a five-dimensional locality and anomaly-inflow principle derives the placement and completion fields.
