3403 — An Oriented Minimal Tadpole Can Select the Boundary Ratio

Claim

For positive integer boundary charges with source-fixed total

n0+nπ=Tn_0+n_\pi=T

and labelled orientation n0>nπn_0>n_\pi, the number of asymmetric ordered partitions is

N(T)=⌊T−12⌋.N(T)=\left\lfloor\frac{T-1}{2}\right\rfloor.

The fiber is a singleton exactly for T=3T=3 or T=4T=4. These sectors select ratios 22 and 33, predicting portal contrasts 9/509/50 and 8/258/25. At T=5T=5, the pairs (3,2)(3,2) and (4,1)(4,1) predict distinct contrasts 25/33825/338 and 225/578225/578.

Classification

Quantized boundary charge plus an independently fixed minimal total and orientation is the first wall-branch candidate capable of genuine ratio selection. Quantization alone generally produces only a finite fiber. No admitted flavor compactification yet derives T=3T=3 or T=4T=4, and matching, physical16, and detector survival remain open.
