The Augmentation Bivector Is the Canonical Complete-Graph Seam Coboundary

For a finite labelled endpoint g, the coefficients of Omega wedge g are, up to fixed orientation, the complete-label-graph coboundary (delta g)_(ij)=g_j-g_i.

Its Laplacian is delta* delta = d I - Omega Omega*. On the scalar-null fiber this becomes d I, so the pair-label endpoint reconstructs every hidden state through the canonical left inverse delta*/d.

This closes the finite-seam incidence without zero data or fitted weights. It does not make the boundary flux vanish. The next gate is whether prime multiplication and reciprocal sewing act as chain maps for this incidence and route its edge current into the typed arithmetic boundary packet.
