Claim

Composing WP764's selected pre-matching contrast with the WP726 allowed renormalized portal gives

$$\Delta_{\mathrm{IR}}=\frac{9Z}{50}+c.$$

The additive boundary $c$ does not alter the prepared endpoint class, but

$$c=-\frac{9Z}{50}$$

cancels its physical low-energy portal exactly. A bounded correction can protect the positive sign, but not the numerical magnitude.
