3435 — The Half Twist and First KK Level Remove the Radius, Not the Gauge Normalization

Claim

Composing the WP753 half twist with the first vector KK level on (ell=\pi R) gives

ϵ=15,MVℓ=π.\epsilon=\frac15, \qquad M_V\ell=\pi.

Both the nondecoupling ratio and the dimensionless static exchange shape

MVG0(0,ℓ)=1sinh⁡πM_VG_0(0,\ell)=\frac{1}{\sinh\pi}

are independent of (R). WP769 protects the static exchange against the complete quadratic gauge-invariant boundary completion, and WP770 supplies a jointly faithful two-momentum formal readout.

The portal remains

Δ=g∗210.\Delta=\frac{g_*^2}{10}.

The hostile pair (g_*^2=1,2) preserves every geometric, threshold, and readout datum but predicts (1/10) and (1/5).

Classification

The compactification radius is no longer the dimensionless magnitude fiber. The missing constructor must jointly derive a positive spectral localization and an isolated gauge normalization in one anomaly-complete five-dimensional source. Existing pieces cannot be parallelized: the link-only lift has positive spectral sign, the portal-bulk lift reverses it, and the compulsory mediator gauge-Yukawa packet has no physical fixed-point branch.
