3444 — Boundary Gap Plus a Zero-Index Anchor Excludes Interior Schur Zeros

A uniform boundary inverse bound does not exclude interior zeros. The missing datum is the winding or analytic Fredholm index.

For a finite analytic Schur family,

νΩ(S)=12πi∫∂Ωtr⁡(S−1S′) dz\nu_\Omega(S) = \frac{1}{2\pi i} \int_{\partial\Omega} \operatorname{tr}(S^{-1}S')\,dz

counts interior zeros. A source-authorized homotopy that remains invertible on the contour transports this count from a zero-free anchor to the sewn system.

The natural candidate is

Sτ=D−τC(I−K)−1B.S_\tau=D-\tau C(I-K)^{-1}B.

Small gain is one sufficient contour-gap certificate, but any source-derived coercive or passive law preventing a boundary unit loop mode along the full homotopy suffices.

Scope: no theta contour gap, authorized homotopy, or Fredholm completion is proved. No build or checker was run under the operator's research-only instruction.
