The Projective Infinity Germ Must Be Blown Up Again to Retain Seam-Normal Offset

Ordinary projective completion retains total escaped divisor degree but identifies seam escape with fixed-offset off-seam escape. Aspect's full-fiber gate therefore forces a second pullback for the RH target.

In the centered coordinate w=t+iaw=t+ia, use the seam-normal boundary chart

(η,ϵ,a)=(sgn⁡t,1/∣t∣,Im⁡w).(\eta,\epsilon,a) = (\operatorname{sgn}t,1/|t|,\operatorname{Im}w).

The hostile quartet ±R±i\pm R\pm i converges to four boundary points with both spectral-end labels and transverse offsets a=±1a=\pm1. Seam zeros escaping to infinity instead land at a=0a=0. The chart therefore retains exactly the support distinction that RH asks for.

The remaining infinite-Xi construction is a source-renormalized seam-normal boundary divisor distribution. Its reference density must be derived from the completed theta/gamma source, and its off-seam component must have a one-sided incidence law under Newman heat at physical time zero.
