An Ultraviolet Fixed Point Can Fix a Portal but Not Its Clock

An isolated interacting ultraviolet fixed point can make a dimensionless portal coefficient non-adjustable when that direction is ultraviolet repulsive. In the exact normal form

d δpds=2δp,\frac{d\,\delta p}{ds}=2\delta p,

ultraviolet completion forces δp=0\delta p=0. This is a conditional selector for dimensionless portal magnitude, not merely a presentation rigidifier.

The same source does not fix a relevant mass deformation:

dmds=−m.\frac{dm}{ds}=-m.

The exact trajectories with coefficients m=1m=1 and m=4m=4 reach the same ultraviolet endpoint but have thresholds in ratio 1:21:2. An even fixed-point equation p2=1p^2=1 also leaves two sign branches, and detector calibration is an independent coordinate. A complete explanation therefore still requires an orientation-odd source invariant, a unique massive vacuum or source-generated relational clock, threshold matching, and a calibrated physical16 instrument.

Evidence

Claim boundary

The theorem concerns an exact fixed-point normal form. It does not establish that a known anomaly-complete chiral gauge--Yukawa theory realizes the required portal, nor that a physical16 detector instrument exists.
