The Chiral-Tensor Yukawa Has Incidence but Not Safety
The Higgs-like Yukawa directly contains the anomaly-essential chiral tensor and therefore repairs WP803's incidence failure. At finite , however, its fixed-flow substitution gives disjoint perturbative-safety conditions.
The upper branch requires
while the lower branch requires
Neither branch can generate a physical interacting ultraviolet fixed point at the admitted order. In the asymptotically free region, the Yukawa can rigidify a relative fixed-flow ray, but it does not select the ray normalization or transmutation scale. Its squared coordinate erases sign, and its single Yukawa hyperedge has no rephasing-invariant phase cycle.

Claim boundary
The no-go is restricted to the published finite- beta functions at the admitted perturbative order. It does not exclude a different coupled chiral Yukawa system or a nonperturbative fixed point.
