Horizon KMS Scale Cancellation Needs a Primitive Flavor Comparison Germ

If one horizon supplies

β=2πκ,Δ=nκ,\beta=\frac{2\pi}{\kappa}, \qquad \Delta=n\kappa,

then the arbitrary surface-gravity scale cancels and the thermal bias is tanh⁡(πn)\tanh(\pi n). Common geometric threshold rescaling preserves this dimensionless prediction.

Aspect's germ tester prevents promoting that compatibility to source authority. The same horizon, flavor, and detector endpoint germs can be attached by Δ=anκ\Delta=a n\kappa with a=1a=1 or a=2a=2, producing different targets. The endpoint-only quotient therefore fails fiber constancy. The selector is natively ternary—horizon germ, flavor germ, and primitive frequency-comparison cell—and the calibrated record is quaternary after adding its detector realization germ.

No admitted source currently supplies the comparison attachment, horizon orientation, integer weight, or detector attachment. The algebraic parallelization is exact on the marked comparison germ but is not yet a physical selector derived by horizon geometry.

Claim boundary

The positive scale cancellation is conditional on a primitive attachment Δ=nκ\Delta=n\kappa. A source-derived GeometricKMSFlavorComparisonGerm must construct that attachment, the chiral weight, formation orientation, threshold protection, and calibrated physical16 detector map before the flavor target is defined.
