3595 — Aspect's Six-Rung Tester Defers the Missing Primitive-Seed Sewing
The positive reciprocal-recursion hostile passes Aspect's new tower as a falsifier, not as an RH mechanism.
It realizes an exact source, tests eleven algebraic gates, falsifies mirrored triangular repair, and forces a new ontology distinction between independent reciprocal localization and genuine joint primitive-seed sewing.
The proposed joint sewing has source provenance, a type, a separating hostile,
and non-alias evidence. It still lacks a source-derived operational constructor
and a bounded test of that constructor. Aspect's rung-five disposition is
therefore defer.
At rung six, existing mixed-prime incidence remains an admitted common-prefix gluing capability. It cannot be credited with primitive-seed orientation. Prime-local charts and mirrored scale towers remain duplicate probes, so scheduling more of them would be alias capture.
Checker result: 14/14 structure gates passed; disposition=defer.
