RG Coordinate Curvature Does Not Descend through Finite Matching

The regular monotone coupling redefinition

v=u+12u(1−u)v=u+\frac12u(1-u)

preserves the endpoints and orientation of the logistic RG orbit, the physical RG clock, both endpoint critical exponents, and the portal event. It does not preserve extrema of coordinate acceleration.

In the new coordinate, the acceleration extrema satisfy

24u3−48u2+26u−3=0.24u^3-48u^2+26u-3=0.

The old WP827 anchors give nonzero values +3/3+\sqrt3/3 and −3/3-\sqrt3/3 in this polynomial. The new polynomial and its reflected polynomial have resultant 110592, so the two internal new anchors are not complements and are not equally spaced in RG time around the unchanged portal event.

This is a same-trajectory hostile, not a change of source physics. It proves that the first nonfaithful arrow is from the physical RG trajectory to the acceleration jet of a chosen coupling coordinate. Finite threshold matching can realize precisely this kind of reparameterization.

Consequence

WP827's curvature triplet is a chart rigidifier unless the complete source derives a physically normalized running observable and carries its calibrated definition through every threshold. Deriving the beta critical exponent κ\kappa alone is insufficient. A matched physical instrument must be defined before the acceleration extrema can acquire event or selector authority.

Evidence

Claim boundary

This is a descent no-go for coordinate acceleration extrema under a declared regular scheme change. It does not deny invariant RG critical exponents, topological crossing orientation, or the possibility that a future physical effective charge could freeze the required coordinate and instrument.
