3676 — The Clark Conormal Is the Local Rank-Two Seam Fiber, Not the Global Seam Space
Result
The Clark sheet difference
is a source-derived complex conormal coordinate. At a simple scalar zero it
is nonzero and supplies one complex, hence real rank-two, normal fiber. This
is exactly the seam rank required by the local 3+4+3 quadratic model.
Global correction
The completed seam is not globally rank two. It is a boundary field over the continuous scale variable, and a zero of multiplicity first appears in the order- normal jet. Without a source-derived multiplicity bound, no fixed finite jet truncation is complete.
Thus sp4 is the local first-jet normal form near a simple divisor point, not
the completed global theta state space.
Scope
The result constructs the local normal coordinate but does not provide the global modular-current orientation required to exclude off-seam zeros.
