3679 — No Finite Central-Jet Tower Can Orient the Modular Conormal
Result
For every finite central-jet depth , choose even with . The multiplier
is even, real-entire, and agrees with the unit through central jet order , yet all its zeros lie off the critical seam.
Multiplying any completed symmetric section by preserves its symmetry and finite central jets while inserting off-seam reciprocal-conjugate zero orbits.
Consequence
No fixed finite tower of value, Clark-conormal, or higher central jets can
supply the missing RH orientation. The local sp4 normal form is valid but
cannot control the global divisor by itself.
The surviving target must use complete source provenance, a nonlocal all-scale current, or an independently established quasianalytic class.
