3735 — The Completed Theta Section Is a Three-Channel Codiagonal, Not a Product of Local Determinants

Splitting the theta Mellin integral at the reciprocal boundary gives

ξ(s)=C(s)+U(s)+V(s),\xi(s)=C(s)+U(s)+V(s),

where C=1/2C=1/2 is the completion carrier and U,VU,V are the direct and reciprocal half-Mellin amplitudes.

Thus the global readout is the codiagonal

(c,u,v)⟼c+u+v.(c,u,v)\longmapsto c+u+v.

A zero is an intersection of the complete three-channel source curve with the two-dimensional kernel of this map. It is not loss of rank of any local Tate determinant.

On the critical line, reciprocal conjugation gives

V(s)=U(s)‾,V(s)=\overline{U(s)},

so the zero equation reduces to one real cancellation. Off the line, the two Mellin channels remain independent complex directions. RH is therefore a global intersection-confinement theorem for the particular minimal-theta curve.

This identifies the literal three towers: direct sector, reciprocal sector, and completion/control carrier. The scalar zero is a projection event in their codiagonal, not disappearance of the complete relational state.
