3753 — The Completed Xi Section Is Entirely an Integrality-Defect Readout

Replace the integer theta source

Ψ(t)=∑n≥1e−πn2t\Psi(t)=\sum_{n\ge1}e^{-\pi n^2t}

by its additive Haar continuum

ΨH(t)=∫0∞e−πx2t dx=12t.\Psi_{\mathrm H}(t)=\int_0^\infty e^{-\pi x^2t}\,dx =\frac1{2\sqrt t}.

Its two half-Mellin contributions are (1/(1-s)) and (1/s). Their sum cancels the completion carrier (1/[s(s-1)]) exactly. Hence, with

Δ(t)=Ψ(t)−12t,\Delta(t)=\Psi(t)-\frac1{2\sqrt t},

the completed function is entirely

Λ(s)=∫1∞Δ(t)(ts/2+t(1−s)/2)dtt.\Lambda(s)=\int_1^\infty \Delta(t)\left(t^{s/2}+t^{(1-s)/2}\right)\frac{dt}{t}.

Removing integrality therefore makes the completed scalar readout identically zero. The nonzero xi section is wholly the readout of lattice-minus-continuum discrepancy. Actual Riemann zeros are not failures of integrality; they are isolated cancellations inside the surviving signed discrepancy transform.

This explains why positivity of the unprojected theta source could not supply the required orientation: completion removes its continuum-positive mode. The remaining RH theorem belongs to the Poisson-sewn integrality defect.
