3769 — Conditionalization Is the Missing Central-Loop-to-Sheet-Gate Morphism

Exact mathematical chain

Let $P_0,P_1$ be the endogenous magnetic sheet-branch projectors. Conditionalization sends the metaplectic central lift to

$$C_{-I}=P_0\otimes I+P_1\otimes(-I)=Z\otimes I.$$

The central phase becomes a relative sheet phase. Entry 3766 then makes its projective class $[Z]$ independent of sheet ordering. The metaplectic two-cocycle identity supplies every higher associativity filler.

Executable boundary

The ordinary conjugation channels satisfy

$$\mathcal U_I=\mathcal U_{-I},$$

while their controlled outputs are $I$ and $Z$. No channel-level compiler can recover the required distinction. Conditionalization requires a phase-lifted implementation or Hamiltonian path retaining the central sign, together with authority to apply it on one coherent sheet branch.

Thus no mathematical morphism remains unknown. The missing source constructor is a primitive phase-lifted sheet-conditional implementation. Figueiredo WP869–WP870 provide its co-transport and common-source authority pattern, but not its magnetic realization.
