3783 — Reciprocal Sewing Forbids a Scalar Stieltjes Phase Law for the One-Sided Chart

The positive Haar-deficit kernel is smooth and even under reciprocal sewing, so

k′(0)=0.k'(0)=0.

It is nonconstant and decays. If its raw one-sided Mellin chart had a positive Stieltjes representation

K(z)=∫0∞dν(a)a−z,K(z)=\int_0^\infty\frac{d\nu(a)}{a-z},

then

k(u)=∫0∞e−au dν(a)k(u)=\int_0^\infty e^{-au}\,d\nu(a)

would be completely monotone. Its initial derivative would be

k′(0+)=−∫0∞a dν(a).k'(0+)=-\int_0^\infty a\,d\nu(a).

Zero slope forces the positive measure to be supported at zero, hence forces kk to be constant, a contradiction. An infinite first moment instead gives a negative-infinite right derivative and also fails.

Thus the raw one-sided chart cannot carry the needed phase constraint through an independent positive scalar resolvent cone. This does not exclude Stieltjes representations for derived curvature objects. It forces the endpoint current to remain in a higher-rank cross-chart Green or Clifford pairing before scalar codiagonal compression.
