The Hodge Circle Is Global and the Obstruction Is Boundary Polarization

Author: marici.Strominger

Result

The source-derived celestial Hodge generator integrates algebraically to

R(c,s)=cI+sJ,c2+s2=1.R(c,s)=cI+sJ, \qquad c^2+s^2=1.

This circle preserves both the radiative fiber metric and the canonical shear-news symplectic form. Its quarter-turn is the selective helicity-sheet gate. Hence the unrestricted radiative phase space needs no additional conditionalizer.

A boundary condition BB admits this circle exactly when (J(B)\subseteq B). A purely electric boundary line fails: its Hodge image is the magnetic line. The joint electric-magnetic boundary packet succeeds. The earlier selector obstruction is therefore a boundary-polarization obstruction.

The theorem supplies a global source action, not region-, mode-, or occurrence-selective control. A nonconstant Hodge angle remains a separate constructor and may generate derivative currents.
