The Spin Connection Cannot Be Laundered into Hodge Control

Result

Passive celestial frame rotation acts on symmetric trace-free spin-two components through the same Hodge generator as the proposed local selector:

$$Q(\phi)^T C Q(\phi)=\cos(2\phi)C-\sin(2\phi)JC.$$

But the accompanying basis variation cancels this component variation, so the geometric tensor is unchanged. An active Hodge rotation holds the frame fixed and changes the tensor generically. The Levi-Civita spin connection therefore authorizes presentation covariance, not active local Hodge control.

The missing constructor from Entry 3789 remains an independent active duality connection. Identifying it with the spin connection solely from their common matrix generator would be authority laundering.
