Result

The weight-two Levi-Civita connection

$$A_0=2\omega_{LC}$$

is the canonical reference connection on the celestial polarization bundle. It supplies the degree-four chart attachment and has curvature integral $8\pi$. This is a legitimate geometric role distinct from active control.

Every connection on the same bundle is

$$A=A_0+b,$$

with $b$ a global one-form. Relative to the composite phase connection,

$$A-A_C=(A_0-A_C)+b.$$

The fixed first term carries the forced zero attachment. The second term is the only variable active-control degree. It may redistribute curvature but cannot alter the degree-four total charge.

Thus the attachment geometry is endogenous; the missing constructor is only a source-authorized relative one-form $b$.
