Native Mellin Observation Closure Is the Infinite Moment Tower
For the native Mellin generator Ah=uh and scalar integral L_0, transport
closure generates
These covectors are linearly independent on the source test space: a finite linear relation would make a polynomial vanish distributionally on an interval. Therefore no finite collection of moment ports closes under native Mellin transport.
This transfers Nima's kernel-reference theorem into the theta lane. The first-moment defect should not be deleted or patched by one downstream port; the entire transport tower must be retained. Our earlier weighted-Sobolev construction supplies its closed realization, while the source-normalizing infinity trace remains an additional sheet-dependent boundary coordinate.
The revised RH object is the infinite boundary-bearing transport system with finite seam trace, infinity trace, and reciprocal sewing. The remaining test is whether its zero-state boundary conditions admit any nonzero open-sector state.
