The Missing Evans Information Is the Hardy Inner Factor
For a right-half-plane point w, the Blaschke factor
has unit modulus on the boundary. Multiplying a transform F by b_w
inserts an interior zero while preserving all boundary magnitude data.
Therefore canonical adjoint returns, autocorrelations, positive Gram forms, and source-separation measures cannot reconstruct the Evans divisor when they depend only on boundary magnitude. They determine outer data while remaining blind to the inner Blaschke record.
This gives precise transfer targets for Nima's primitive phase reference and Strominger's path-coherence witness: the missing theta port must retain primitive phase or winding, not another magnitude statistic. The revised RH programme is to construct this inner-factor record from labelled theta/Tate operations and prove it trivial in each open sector. Declaring outerness without that construction would merely rename RH.
