The Topological Mobius Inverse Needs a Cross-Label Differential to Survive Completion
Nima's divisor-chamber theorem constructs every Möbius coefficient
source-natively. For squarefree n with r primes, the proper-divisor order
complex has reduced Euler characteristic
Thus the coefficients of the Euler-chamber inverse 1/zeta are topological
indices of factorization coherence, not fitted signs.
But these complexes are separate fibers indexed by n. Their internal
differentials provide no cancellation between distinct integer labels, and
ordinary Hilbert norms forget Euler-characteristic signs. Fiberwise topology
therefore does not extend the inverse toward the critical seam.
The missing constructor is a source-derived cross-label differential whose completion-stable supertrace produces the Möbius inverse. This is sharper than scalar Mertens estimation: cancellation must exist before aggregation. The known three-prime hexagon systems are flat and do not supply such an arrow.
