The Global Observer Lift Precedes Authorized Quasidiagonality
Authorized quasidiagonality is meaningful only after sewing and cutoff are defined on a common completed carrier. That object does not yet exist for the full arithmetic boundary.
The distinction is forced by two exact results:
- continuous log-window projection is maximally nonquasidiagonal for ordinary Fourier transform;
- finite arithmetic reciprocal sheet transport commutes exactly with prime cutoff in the Fourier-saturated pro-Gram grades.
These are different carriers and different operators. Neither supplies the missing global map.
The first live construction is
with componentwise naturality
before scalar evaluation or finite projection. The boundary object must keep primitive, square, connected-tail, seam, and archimedean grades separate. Only after this passes may its authorized diagnostic projections be tested for quasidiagonality.
The revised immediate target is to derive the primitive and square components
of J directly from the additive theta source and compute their typed
Fourier–Poisson naturality residuals.
