The Sheet-Aware Comoving Lift Fixes Support, Not Prime Multiplicity
Use the reciprocal comoving coordinate
Fourier acts by (epsilon,u) -> (-epsilon,-u). Both observed atoms
q=±k log p become the fixed zero section u=0, with their relative
orientation retained by epsilon.
On that zero section, the flux sign and position sign multiply. Pairing with the even positive theta profile gives
For a_(p,k)=p^(-k/2)/k, this leaves the von Mangoldt weight log p.
The reciprocal sheet axis is independent of the previously derived
inner/outer front axis, giving a 2×2 comoving atlas. The lift makes support
stationary and Fourier coherence explicit, but it does not reduce prime
multiplicity. The critical primitive measure remains an exponential boundary
grade.
